Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian forgiveness ritual. It states that on a spiritual, soul level, no one is ever wrong.
Its basis is saying just four things: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Ho’oponopono is a simple, easy thing you can use anywhere or any time to release a negative charge towards someone.
